This is a cute little church that warrants a visit. The view through the gardens toward the church are spectacular. You can climb the church tower and get a bird’s eye view over the gardens as well. To do this, there is a kiosk inside the church where you can purchase a ticket. The machine would not work for me, but a helpful employee made sure that I got through the turnstile and up to the views. It was kind of funny to see a Microsoft Windows error in Portuguese and know exactly what it said.
