Built in the 13th century, the Stará radnice has undergone several renovations and additions over the years, reflecting various architectural styles from Gothic to Renaissance. As you approach the building, you’ll be captivated by its striking facade adorned with intricate details and decorative elements.

One of the most remarkable features of the Old Town Hall is its soaring tower, which provides a panoramic view of Brno’s picturesque surroundings. Visit Notes

On the way up to the tower, there are some exhibits with historical information. I’m not great with heights or scary stairs so this was challenging for me. I know that the stairs and the balcony at the top are perfectly safe, but my brain decided it was a death trap and screamed at me to hurry and get back to solid ground. All that being said, the views were worth the terror. Those of you who don’t have a fear of plummeting to your death will really enjoy this.
