The Museu Arqueológico de Barcelos is an open-air archaeological museum located in the charming town of Barcelos, Portugal, right by the picturesque Cávado River. It is housed in the ruins of the Palácio dos Condes de Barcelos, a grand medieval palace built in the early 15th century that was partially destroyed by an earthquake in 1755.
